Terms of use

These terms govern access to GrabbleStats and what you may do with the analyses it publishes. Using the service means accepting them.

1. Purpose of the service

GrabbleStats is an analysis tool. It publishes model probabilities, confidence levels, data-quality indicators, and the reasoning behind each. It is neither betting advice, nor an incitement to bet, nor an investment recommendation. It offers no bets, intermediates no transactions, and has no commercial relationship with any betting operator. A probability is an estimate, never a certain forecast: 61% means the opposite outcome happens about four times out of ten. No past performance predicts a future result. Market odds serve as a comparison after the computation; they never enter the model.

2. No guarantee of result

The service is provided as is. We guarantee neither the accuracy, nor the completeness, nor the continuous availability of the analyses, and we promise no gain, no minimum accuracy and no certainty about any given event. Our one performance commitment: publishing the model's calibration, the disproved analyses at the same rank as the confirmed ones, and the data-quality indicators each analysis rests on — making the performance verifiable.

3. Access and accounts

Access is currently free: creating an account is enough to open the detailed analyses. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the actions taken from your account; an account is personal and sharing credentials is not permitted. Closing an account is possible at any time from the account area, without reason or formality: deletion is immediate and covers all account data.

4. Evolution of the service

Paid plans may be introduced in the future. If so, these terms will be updated beforehand, prices and scope will be published before any subscription, and nothing that is free today will become paid without prior notice. A reduction of scope is announced before taking effect.

5. Permitted use

You may consult, quote and reuse the analyses for analytical, editorial or research work, provided the source is credited. Massive automated extraction, circumventing usage limits and rebuilding a competing database are forbidden. Reselling or redistributing the analyses requires prior written authorisation. Using the service to offer betting advice to third parties is not permitted. Any attempt against the security, integrity or availability of the service is forbidden.

6. Intellectual property

The models, methodology, computed indices, interface and texts of the service are protected. Raw data belongs to its respective providers. Club, competition, league and player names, and the colours and crests representing them, belong to their owners and are cited for identification and information. GrabbleStats is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any club, league, federation, competition organiser, betting operator or data provider.

7. Liability

We cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of the published analyses, nor for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from them. We remain liable for damage caused by a breach of our own obligations, within the limits allowed by applicable law; this limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or harm to persons.

8. Protection of minors

Access to GrabbleStats is strictly reserved for adults. By creating an account you declare that you are eighteen or older, or of legal age in your country of residence if higher. The service is not intended for minors, is not marketed to them, and contains nothing designed to attract them; an account found to belong to a minor is closed without delay and its data deleted. No gambling advertising, no operator promotion, no affiliate links. Parental-control tools offered free by ISPs and operating systems can block this category of sites.

9. Responsible play and help

GrabbleStats offers no bets. We know our analyses can accompany a gambling practice, and we refuse to ignore it. Gambling carries risks: debt, isolation, dependency. If gambling takes a place you no longer control, free, anonymous and confidential help exists. In France: Joueurs Info Service, 09 74 75 13 13 — non-premium rate, 8am to 2am, seven days a week. Voluntary self-exclusion can be obtained from the national regulator, applies to all licensed operators, is free and requires no justification.

10. Changes and applicable law

These terms may change; any substantial change is announced before taking effect and the revision date updated. The applicable law and competent jurisdiction are those of the publisher's country of establishment — to be named once the company exists — without prejudice to consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
